Participants must carry a valid government-issued ID during the trip.

Organizers reserve the right to alter or cancel the itinerary due to unforeseen conditions (weather, roadblocks, etc.).

Participants are expected to maintain decorum and follow group leader instructions at all times.

Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited during the trek.

The organizers will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

Medical facilities may not be available at all points during the trek; participants must declare any existing health conditions in advance.

In case of any misconduct, the individual may be asked to leave the group without any refund.

Participants agree to grant permission for trip-related photography and promotional use by the organizers.

• NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER:-

1. If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
2. If cancellations are made 15–30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
3. If cancellations are made within 0–15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
